COACHING
Today's FC ALLIANCE 94B embodies the knowledge and skill provided by some of the best coaches in the region.
 | Jon Schneider is the Director of Coaching for the FC Alliance Soccer Club. He has over two decades of distinguished coaching experience. After playing with nationally ranked Andrew Jr. College and Tennessee Wesleyan, he was the Assistant Coach at Carson-Newman College, Director of Coaching for Kingsport Youth Soccer Association, Assistant Coach at Milligan College, and a Staff Coach for Club Columbine (Colorado). In 2004, Jon was named TSSA Boys' Competitive Coach of the Year. Formerly on the coaching staff for the Tennessee Olympic Development Program, he is a USSF "B" licensed coach and holds a NSCAA Advanced National coaching diploma.
